Concrete support bases are used in applications where a sturdy base is required to secure and prevent movement of a heavy product.
SVC concrete sole plates are manufactured to suit specifications from the now-dissolved Public Works Department. They are used as a base to support portable buildings and are available with corresponding metal angle brackets as connection pieces.
Developed as a supplementary product line to reduce waste during manufacturing, EcoBlox are large-format building blocks made using excess concrete left over from batching activities. They can be used as ballast blocks or retaining blocks for outdoor walling applications.
A wide variety of concrete foundations and blocks are available to suit specific rail applications. Products include axle counter and signal mast foundations, impedance blocks, boom barrier foundations and more.
A range of subsoil drainage accessories including concrete batter outlets, flushout risers and subsurface pits are available from SVC, manufactured in compliance with DTP/VicRoads Standard Drawings.
Driveable endwalls by SVC are strong and durable, providing long-lasting, compliant performance in trafficked areas as per DTP requirements.
Barrier (B-type) and rollover (SM-type) precast concrete kerb lintels are available from SVC, complying with VicRoads specifications for road infrastructure.
Available in a barrier-type or semi-mountable profile, spiked kerbs provide a convenient traffic separation solution that can be quickly installed onto the road surface using kerb spikes.
SVC’s exposed aggregate concrete kerbs are used extensively in the City of Melbourne and surrounds, creating road edging and median strips that offer years of enduring performance and visual appeal in the outdoor environment.
