The Fabric is a $350m master-planned community by Mirvac, bringing beautifully designed townhomes to the residents of Altona North. The contemporary dwellings achieve a 7-star energy rating, featuring solar panels and fully electric appliances.

Central to the Fabric is Patchwork Park, an engaging outdoor space with a sculptural playground and shared BBQ facilities for the community to enjoy. Adjacent to the playspace, bespoke charcoal concrete benches provide extra seating. These benches were produced by SVC, including an embedded tyre track pattern as a special design feature.

During earlier construction stages of The Fabric, SVC had also supplied various civil products such as access covers, grates and concrete pits. We are glad to see both our Civil and Urban products represented in this new built environment.
