As part of the development, SVC supplied 200+ precast concrete wheel stops to be installed in the outdoor carparks servicing K-Mart, BWS, Woolworths and Village Cinemas. These robust units ensure pedestrian safety by physically preventing vehicles from encroaching into the pedestrian zone.
Due to their precast construction, concrete wheel stops are ready to install once onsite, and can be quickly and easily installed using the compatible steel kerb spikes, also provided by SVC. This allows minimal disruption to car parking spaces as the installation works can be completed in a short timeframe.
