SVC is Proudly Certified as an ISO-Accredited Organisation.

In 2021, SVC gained official accreditation against the ISO 9001: Quality Management System. This globally recognised standard is only awarded to highly efficient organisations that make a commitment to continual improvement, and is audited yearly to maintain compliance.

In 2023, SVC also achieved accreditation for ISO 14001: Environmental Management and ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management, demonstrating our dedication to ESG principles.

SVC’s goal is never to remain stagnant. We’ve taken many steps to improve our operations and optimise the way our business progresses into the future. We are incredibly proud of our ISO compliance, which was only possible thanks to the outstanding, combined team effort from all our employees at SVC.

Auditing

The processes used at our manufacturing facilities have been progressively refined and are continuously monitored to achieve the high standards of quality and consistency sought by us and our customers. Our processes are audited regularly by certified External Auditors to ensure alignment with ISO requirements. Monitoring and measurement criteria include ‘product and services release’, ‘control of non-conforming product’ and ‘design & development’.

Our auditing system provides us the flexibility to adopt customer-specific product quality processes where required. We offer this flexibility to all our customers.
