Standing proudly in the heart of Southbank, the luxurious residential tower by boutique property developer BPM also features nine levels of opulent hotel facilities, and a rooftop champagne bar, pool and BBQ amenities for residents. Construction of the $126m establishment was completed by Icon Constructions.

SVC supplied several bespoke concrete benches that were installed on Levels 9 and 46 of the tower. In an impressive feat, two truckloads of concrete bench modules were craned up from street level and expertly manouvred into place around the perimeter of the rooftop bar.
